Pastor Blair Nelson

I love to see lives transformed and made new in Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour.

I was born in Albany in 1987 and grew up in Perth. I moved to Perth when I was 5 with my mum, brother and sister. Having accepted Jesus as my Saviour in 1994 I was baptised and reaffirmed my life to Christ as a teenager in 2002 at the White House Community Foursquare Church.

My wife Alisha and I were married in 2009 , and have four children and 1 dog called Marli. Since 2004 I served in numerous ministry areas within local Foursquare churches, working
with people groups from Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, India and Sri Lanka and Australia’s First Nations youth locally and travelling overseas through various organisations.

From 2018 -2022 I was honoured to be elected to serve on the State Board of Directors for Foursquare Churches in WA covering matters of Church governance. I’ve served with my wife in church leadership for the last 10 years as worship leader and more recently as Associate Pastor at Son City Foursquare Church in Two Rocks, WA. I became a credentialed licensed minister with the Foursquare Church of Australia in 2024.

For those interested my other life experiences include: TAFE lecturer (Fashion, textiles and leatherwork), working as a fashion designer and tailor, graphic and web design, ITAS (Indigenous Tutorial Assistance Scheme) student mentor, Indigenous primary tutor, Indigenous disability tutor, co-founding board member of “Church
Boy Incorporated”, Youth Alive dancer, dance instructor in local schools/ groups and Christian Aboriginal Parent Directed Schools (CAPS) Coolgardie, DIDO truck driver and machinery operator, and developed a small business of 10 years called Mr Can Do Home Improvements and providing contracting services to big business.

God is so good, so real and I am so humbled that I can know God. My hope is to know Him
more and seek His guidance through growing in my personal relationship, loving and leading
my family, while declaring His goodness and hope to those that don’t yet know the new life through Jesus Christ.
